Hi,
I just got my sensor tag and while I am able to connect to it I am not able to access any services.
I pulled out and pushed in the battery a couple of times. No effect.
I downloaded the TI BLE Sensor Tag application and I am able to see new devices. IIt recognizes the sensor tag and connects to it, but after that if I click on the blue right arrow nothing happens.
I notice that it is showing an ID for the tag (and says Sensor Tag) but I dont see the "picture" under the connected tick, as it shows in the image on the app store.
I ran the same device with the TI BLE Multitool, and I see the same thing but clicking on the right arrow takes me to another screen where below scan services and scan characteristics it says "No profiles available on this peripheral".
Tried it with BLE Tool and the same thing. I can connect but can't connect to any service.
Any recommendations?
