We want to make a costum board which contains the CC2530_ZNP; well we downloaded a doc from Texas Instrument which have the PCB project of the Zigbee but when I opened the project I found it a non-complete one. Can someone help me how to find a complete PCB of the CC2530_ZNP or a similar board?
In fact, The difficult part of my design is the CC2530 processor footprint which is QFN_40 but it have also a thermal pad. I found many kinds of thermal pads design (with 5 vias, with 12 vias, with small 8 rectangles ....etc). SO, how can I know the exact thermal pad design of my project?
