I narrowed the problem (and even now was able to download the software!!!):
The problem (page not found) is only happening, when you select "Remember me for next 6 months" on personal detail just before reaching the download page.
I use Windows Vista 64 bit, Firefox 18.0, Adblocker (which i think have already turned off for TI pages).
