I did it again in more controlled manner (power cycle etc).

I ended up close to what I want but I cannot get CC1120 receive packets from CC1101 or CC1101 to receive from CC1120 although both RF parameter panel show same (or close) parameters. The channel setup is handed to me from the client, for example this is one of the channels they want:

Data Rate: 76.8 kbps, TX deviation: 19.3 kKz, channel spacing: 200 kHz, Modulation 2-FSK, carrier frequency: 917.6 MHz.

This has to work both ways (RX,TX) between CC1120 and CC1101.

I zipped the settings I got:
