Unfortunately it seems Motorola has marked those files (all non ICS rc1 and rc2) for "Access Denied".
Since my RAZR havn't received ICS roll-out yet I am stuck at old 2.3.5.
Weird that no public Android BLE API's has been implemented or specified by Google. Guess they are just freeriding off Linux.
Anyone got a version of that package? (The ICS SDK's doesn't seem to have BLE any more)
