I have found the use of this function in ZDOinitDevice function.

NLME_DeviceJoiningInit();

But these functions are not open to read. Does this function work in following way

if (ZCD_STARTOPT_DEFAULT_NETWORK_STATE  is reset )

if defined NV_restore

restore network state from NV:

if (ZCD_STARTOPT_DEFAULT_NETWORK_STATE  is SET )

then join as a fresh ;

Call ZDApp_NwkWriteNVRequest to reset the ZCD_STARTOPT_DEFAULT_NETWORK_STATE
