Forum Post: Getting the UTC clock only?

Hi there,

I have a client who needs to know what is the best way to get the time-of-day from the CC4000 module? Is it the getGLLGPSUTCTime(utc, strlen(utc)) function?

Also, what is the minimum number of satellites CC4000 needs to lock to start outputting that time and the 1PPS signal?
