Forum Post: SensorTag external power

Hi, I'm interested in connecting an external power supply to my Ti SensorTag.

What voltages are supported by VDD_EXT on the P1 connector (http://processors.wiki.ti.com/index.php/SensorTag_User_Guide#EZ430_Battery_Pack_Interface)?

Could I use 5V from a USB power supply?
