Hi,
Basically I am in the later stages of a project to collect accelerometer data from a CC2540DK and pass it to a smartphone app (specifically an Android app running on a Motorola Razr Maxx running ICS).
The project is all going well and I have the app recieving accelerometer notifications and storing/displaying them etc etc.
What I'm hoping to do now is to have a second intermediary CC2540DK to essentially sit between the phone and the "sensor" chip taking the measurements and act as a range booster. I'm envisioning the "booster" chip being a CC2540DK master, with the "sensor" chip and the smartphone both acting as slaves. Would it be possible for the "booster" to receive notifications from the "sensor" and then forward that onto the smartphone? If so, could you give me any advice/resources to help out? Im kinda nearing my deadline and need start drafting my write up so time is kinda running out! I'm not sure how much I would be able to develop, but if I can build a strong case showing it is feasible then that would be really great.
Also, if this is feasible I'm guessing it would be impossible to chain like 10 chips in a row and have a huge range boost?
Cheers,
Ben
