Look at http://www.ti.com/litv/zip/swrr102 and http://www.ti.com/litv/zip/swrr097. The SAW filter uses 3 components for optimal impedance matching; C193, L194 and L195. Remove these and remove the SAW filter. Insert L193 (12nH) from the CC1125 reference design where L194 was and a 0ohm resistor where L195 and the SAW filter was. Then you will have a board that is fairly equal to the CC1125 868MHz reference design.
