Hello Don,
I work with Forrest. We inherited a project with bugs to fix. When I installed the Purepath software, several .ppwadd files were created and placed in the audio_devices subdirectory. The tas5717 was not one of them. The previous engineer gave me a tas5717.ppwadd file, I don't know where he got it, and it has the bogus addressing. When I changed the audio interface custom setup to Disabled, then the bogus addressing was ignored, and the receiver would pair with the transmitter. What I would like to know is where to get a good .ppwadd file, and why didn't the installer automatically create one?
Thanks, Jim
