Last year I bought a CC2540 development kit(USB stick+dongle). Until now I haven't had time to work with. Today I started to play with, I installed the simpleBLEPheripherial software on the USB, with a samsung galaxy s3 I can discover the ble device, but I can't connect. I used the same software on the key fob and there I could connect. What is the different between the two device?
