I tried the same here and it seems to be working fine.
When burning the Driver and Firmware patches to the module, you need to confirm each patch is burn completely before moving to the next.
Starting with the Driver patch, this process takes around 10 seconds. It is highly important to wait for completion, otherwise it may not init.
In order to confirm completion I would suggest waiting 10 seconds or even more just to be certain.
If you are using IAR you can wait for this msg in the consol to confirm the programmer reached the end:
Only at this step, after patch burn successfully, burn the Firmware patch and wait for completion (also around 10 seconds).
Then, burn the basic wifi application.
