We are also using PAN 1326 in our design. We seeing around a 60 mA of constant current consumption by the PAN module through the CL1.5_LDO_IN and MLDO_IN, which are shorted together and connected to 3V voltage rail. We copied the schematic exactly from the reference design. If you have found any solution to your problem, please update it here so we can also check it out.
