Howdy folks,
I realise this forum doesn't support the LMX9838 but I think this question would also apply to the CC256x. I have multiple SPP connections enabled on my device and a PC can connect to all. However all other devices I have tried such as Android terminal apps refuse to communicate on any other port than RFCOMM1 (whether slave or master). Is there any Android app that doesn't have this limitation or do people have no issue with this and TI's other devices? No Android apps that I have found seem to have any provision to select a COM port, I was wishfully hoping a connection would happen automatically to the next open port (I'd prefer not to have to look at Android app development to reinvent the wheel if its already there but will if necessary). I really would like to use a tablet/phone as a device to monitor/control the primary connection (and my primary device also refuses to use anything other than RFCOMM1).
Thanks,
Aleksis
