The RF430CL330H officially released today. There is a target board as well, that allows you to break out the pins to the RF430. It should also have our Wireless Daughter Card RF Headers on the back, that should allow you to plug it on certain EVM's such as MSP430FR5729 Exp-board, but I will need to confirm this.
There is approx a 2 week lead time on the dev board, but it should start shipping at the end of June. The CL330H itself is status Active and ready for production, although you would have to contact your TI sales representative or your local distribution for lead time info.
