It seems logical to me that even if Advertising is dissallowed through the use of a GAP_End_Discoverable commad, a connetion to the Server can be made using the BLE address. However, this is not the way the CC2541 appears to be working. The code I am using is a modification of the SimpleBLEPeripheral application.
Am I wrong?
