Today we were able to loopback 50MB of data against another windows stack successfully with local device at 460800. This happened successfully with Rev F and Rev D.
We did get a a couple of failures against Microsoft stack running with hyperterm as you mentioned but these occured after 10 or 20 MB transfer.
So we want to be sure that we are seeing the same issue that you are.

2. Steps needed on MSP (with screenshots)
3. Detailed Steps needed on remote device (with screenshots)
4. The symptoms when the issue is hit.
