We recently purchased a CC2530 Development Kit(CC2530DK, Rev 1.4) from DigiKey. The CC2530EM was preloaded with the PER Tester firmware. Before loading my own firmware, I decided to verify the preloaded firmware just to be sure I could get back to the original state. I downloaded swrc135b.zip and then used the SmartRF Flash Programmer to verify the preloaded CC2530EM flash contents against the per_test.hex file from swrc135b.zip. I was surprised to find that they did not match. Can you please tell me the origin of the preloaded CC2530EM firmware? Does it contain old PER Tester firmware, perhaps from swrc135a? I couldn't find a copy of swrc135a.zip to download, so I was unable to confirm my guess.
