If you want to send message from coordinator to end device using binding, you need to make end device allow binding and coordinator to send out binding request. Once coordinator received bindConfirm from end device, you can send message with short address 0xFFFE. Another way to send message from coordinator to end device is to use the short address of end deivce directly. In this approach, you need to find out the short address of end device first.
