The noise floor becomes higher about 50dB not just 10dB. The reproduction ratio with CC1120EM is not so high. However, it's easy to reproduce the problem with CC1120+CC1190EM.
Could you please try the following procedure to reproduce with using CC1120+CC1190EM?
1. Select Range Expander to 1190 with HGM
2. Select 869MHz, 1.2kbps, 2-FSK, 25kHz in continuous RX tab
3. Change carrier frequency 915MHz and BW is 200kHz

I think that you can see the error like the attached image below.

I would like to know the route cause of this problem.
