After some discussion with Digi they revealed the TI stack issue they were talking about:
" If you are using Encryption, then try using the attached BETA firmware version which allows you to Disable the Null Transport key (DO command). This is something that we have found needs to occur ONLY with TI chips as they are NOT following the ZigBee standard and Does NOT affect any other Vendor. If this does not resolve the issue or if you are NOT using encryption, then the issue will be with TI and you Will need to resolve it with TI.
Making sure that I am crystal clear, the file I sent you is to resolve a compatibility issue that ALL vendors are experiencing when talking to TI chip sets and security where TI does not understand how to deal with a Null character in the transport key where as every other vendor does. This is strictly our way of resolving the issue until TI addresses it."
Because I'm not using encryption, this is not the problem that I'm seeing.
Do you think there is another stack issue that is affecting the connection of my TI-based device to the Digi coordinator?
