Dear Srihari, Please provide details of the Android and kernel version and the DM37x BSP that you are using. Do you see this issue with Bluez or only with the BT stack that you are trying to port? Please share the init.rc changes that you have done. Did you try to probe the BT_EN line to check if this line is pulled high during BT on? If not then the communication with the chip will fail.
