I'm trying to flash a firmware image onto my CC1111EMK868-915 using a CC Debugger. I followed the instructions for updating the firmware on the CC debugger and everything updated fine.
The Smart RF Flash Programmer recognizes the CC Debugger properly (firmware ID 05CC, firmware revision 0025). The light on the CC Debugger is red when no device is plugged in.
Once I attempt to plug a CC1111EMK868-915 into the debugger, the light does not change to green, nor does the flashing software recognize the CC1111 device. We have verified the cable is connected properly and the CC1111 is powered via USB. When we attach the CC1111 to the debugger, we notice the dongle's green light on the board turns off.
Any suggestions on how we can get this to work? We have tried with both Windows XP x86 and Windows 7 x86. All drivers are working and both devices are recognized in the device manager. We have tried with two different CC1111 dongles (same revision). I'm at a loss at this point.
