I also use 2 trf7970a evm.
I have expected that i can use higher bit rates for NFC P2P with trf7970a evm modules but i couldnt succed it yet!!
Since the fact i have checked the air inteface and  the signal waveform .
The signals are measured for  NFC-A waveforms as described at ECMA 340 and timings such as t1 t2, t3 and t4 are precisely measured and are perfectly matching with specifications. But in case of 212/424kbps there is no change, neither in waveform and nor the pause of the modulated signal is exactly the same as the one for 106kbps and bit duration is the same, 9.44 us,  which is supposed to be 4.72(212kbps) and 2.36(424kbps). What is wrong, i couldnt find out!! Only thing, i wonder whether TRF7970 really have that capabilities.

One other issue is ; Active communication mode, both devices doesnt create an RF fields, all the time we can just see master side having RF field which is the passive mode!!

Could you please simple write me the steps for high bit rates and active communication.

I really need a help but nobody responds, hope that time you would have a couple of minutes to reply this post of mine.
