I still haven't gotten around to building a new program. I tested on a few other machines and I noticed this program is very dependant on the version of java you have installed.
You can test if the error you're receiving is due to java by moving the entire "application.windows32" folder to "C:\TI\CC3000FRAMSensorApp\PC_Applications". Then download the attached batch file to the application.windows32 folder you just moved and execute it.
All this batch file does is run the same jar file executed by the exe, but instead of using the JRE defined by your system path it uses the JRE downloaded when the CC3000 Sensor App was installed.
