Hello Rui,

Did you manage to get your code to produce a PWM output on P0.4 (ch2) and P0.5(ch3) the same way the code in the posting does?

If not take a look at both the Keyfob and USB Dongle Schematic.  They can be found in the SWRR071a http://www.ti.com/litv/zip/swrr071a and SWRR072 http://www.ti.com/litv/zip/swrr072.  This will show you what those pins are used for when running any of the BLE Examples.
