Hi,
How do you confirm CC3000 is not connected? According to the application print in the hyper terminal it looks like you are connected and received IP (unsolicited event DHCP received).
Also, if your PC is connected to the same AP, try to ping the CC3000 address (that was printed in the hyper terminal).
Also, look at the AP configuration screen, under DHCP tab - > client list and confirm you see this IP in the list (device name should be unknown).
