Forum Post: How to make OTA with APS Command Type?

I observed AF_DataRequest OTA by ZigBee Protocal analyser.

In APS Layer,  APS Frame is "Data type" in APS Frame Control,

and consists with Dst_Endpoint, Cluster ID, Profile ID, Src_Endpoint, APS Counter.

So, how to program by Z-Stack that could send "Command Type" APS Frame OTA,

and the command after Frame Control is 0xC4? (picture shown)
