Also make sure the capacitive loading on your crystal is correct. Accurate frequency is very important on these narrowband designs. You could also try setting your board to continuous TX and the TrxEB board to continous RX and look at the RX level. Then change the TX freqency and see where you peak the RX signals at. That would show if you have a frequency offset issue.
