We are palnning to develop a wireless capable product using TIWI-SL CC3000 Wifi module with non-TI host microcontroller. Wireless communication would
be between our product and PC. We will be using SPI communication between our micro and TiWi module. Max data Xfer rate over wifi would be upto 600KBytesPS.
I see many user inputs in this forum about many different issues. I am new for specificaly wiFi domain and that is why we choose this chip set.
below are my questions:
1) Considering the non-TI processor and SPI communication, Is there any limitation/knownIssue in achieving above objective?
2) Is there any sample application (examples) available for PC side application (wireless manager)?
3) What are the different eval boards that will best fit for our purpose. If possible, please send details for that.
